We will give a detailed investment guide when you inquire with us. Every client and session is different. Some clients purchase a few favourite images and spend a few hundred dollars and others purchase many images and collections of printed products and spend more. We will work with you to meet your needs.

We recommend booking before your baby arrives for a newborn photo shoot. These are done asap after your baby arrives, preferably in the first 2-3 weeks. We book a session for around your due date and move to a firm date and time after your baby arrives. If you haven’t booked before you give birth and still want a newborn photo shoot, please get in touch as soon as possible. We will try and squeeze you in last minute, but, to secure a spot we recommend booking in advance.
We recommend booking in as soon as you know you want us to photograph your maternity photos. We like to shoot maternity sessions around 32-34 weeks to make sure we get your session done when you are nice and round and before it starts to get a little uncomfortable. We have done sessions right up to the day before labour but it is not ideal, We don’t want you to miss these moments because you go into labour!
We welcome babies of all ages and often have clients who prefer a session with their babies a little older for religious or cultural reasons. We have experienced all age ranges and will be happy to photograph your baby!
We allow 3-4 hours for any newborn or baby session. Babies are in charge! We like to make sure there is no pressure to get the quality of images we expect in a limited time frame.
We have been photographing newborns and babies for many years and it is rare that a baby is so unsettled that we can’t complete a photo shoot. If they are really unhappy we will reschedule, at no cost, to the next available session time.
All babies sleep eventually! We will photograph them awake! We love wide-awake and curious photos of babies! As long as they are calm and awake, it won’t make any difference.
Yes, we do. everything you see in our images is part of the studio collection.
Absolutely! We love to photograph your new baby alone but our client’s favourite images are always sibling and family photos.
